Neuro-Training
Precision nervous system work for recuperation, adaptability, and overall well-being.
“Jenni has helped our family overcome issues that Western medicine couldn’t resolve — from long COVID recovery to back pain, hormonal imbalances, and emotional challenges in our children. Her neuro-training approach gets to the root cause, enabling lasting healing. Her warm and down-to-earth manner instantly puts you at ease.”
What It Is
Neuro-Training was developed by the late Andrew Verity and is now led by Jennifer Beasley, CEO of the College of Neuro-Training. I trained directly with the founders, deepening my knowledge of nervous system adaptation and practical neuroplasticity techniques.
Neuro-Training helps the nervous system recuperate more effectively. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work to identify the root cause patterns that may be keeping your body stuck — physically, emotionally, or mentally.
By accessing the subconscious through kinesiology muscle checking, we gather real-time information about how your nervous system is adapting to stress. From there, we create new neurological options — helping the brain form supportive pathways so the body can regulate, repair, and restore balance.
This work is natural, non-invasive, and deeply individualised.
How It Works
Your nervous system is constantly responding to stress — past and present. Sometimes, it becomes locked into patterns that are no longer useful.
Using gentle muscle checking (applying light pressure to arms or legs), we access biofeedback from the subconscious mind. Muscles will “switch on” or “switch off” in response to different stressors, giving insight into what your system needs in order to adapt better.
Neuro-Training integrates brain retraining, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation techniques to:
Rewire stress responses
Release unresolved emotional or physical blocks
Improve adaptability and resilience
Support whole-body regulation
We are not forcing change — we are giving the nervous system better options.
What to Expect in a Session
Sessions are one-on-one and completely confidential.
You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table.
The process is subconscious and client-led — your nervous system guides what we work on through muscle feedback.
Many clients describe sessions as deeply calming. Others notice clarity, insight, or subtle shifts over the following days as their system integrates new patterns.
My role is to guide the process safely and clearly, drawing on my background in anatomy, physiology, and long-term clinical experience. My role is to support your system in finding its own adaptive capacity. This work is about restoring choice and adaptability within your nervous system.
What It May Help With
Neuro-Training is particularly useful when -
Symptoms feel persistent or hard to explain
Conventional approaches haven’t resolved the issue
Stress, trauma, or life changes feel “stuck” in the body
Areas I commonly work with include -
Physical & Physiological
Musculoskeletal pain and chronic conditions
Digestive and gut imbalances
Hormonal fluctuations and women’s wellness
Sleep disturbances and fatigue
Skin issues and inflammatory responses
Nutritional imbalances and detox pathways
Emotional & Cognitive
Anxiety and chronic stress
Trauma and grief
Emotional regulation and mood swings
Relationship patterns
Learning challenges and brain integration
The nervous system influences every system in the body. When it adapts better, everything functions more efficiently.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Neuro-Training uses kinesiology muscle checking as a biofeedback tool, but it is a broader system that integrates multiple modalities to support nervous system recuperation and regulation.
Muscle checking involves applying gentle pressure to an arm or leg muscle to observe how the nervous system responds. Muscles may momentarily “engage” or “disengage,” providing real-time information about how your system is adapting. This allows us to identify where regulation may be needed and to create new neural connections. -
This varies depending on the individual and the complexity of the issue. Some people notice meaningful shifts within a few sessions, while others benefit from a series of appointments to address layered or long-standing patterns.
Many clients continue periodic sessions even after symptoms improve, using Neuro-Training as a “tune-up” to maintain regulation, build resilience, and support overall wellbeing. Some healthy clients use sessions to enhance performance, achieve personal goals, or strengthen focus and adaptability. -
Muscle checking is gentle, non-invasive, and fully clothed. It involves applying light pressure to observe how the nervous system responds. Different muscle responses reflect how the body adapts to stress and indicate where support may be beneficial.
-
Neuro-Training draws from neuroplasticity, stress physiology, and nervous system regulation — areas well established within contemporary neuroscience. While muscle checking originates in complementary therapy traditions, the broader framework aligns with current understanding of how the brain adapts, reorganizes, and forms new neural pathways. I approach this work with the same analytical, research-informed mindset that guides my teaching and clinical practice.
-
Yes. Neuro-Training is complementary and does not replace medical care. Many clients integrate it alongside conventional healthcare, psychology, physiotherapy, or other therapies.
-
Most clients describe sessions as calm and grounding. Because the process is subconscious and client-led, you can simply lie down and relax while your nervous system guides the work. Some experience clarity or insight during the session, others notice subtle shifts in the following days.
